Location cost and comfort really good value for money
Couldn't fault anything
Staff were friendly and polite, hotel was pretty much spotless. The room was nice, perfect for a place to stay if your celebrating something or just fancy a night away.
Excellent location, get what you pay for, no frills, would recommend
Very clean,lovely staff.
Small rooms, but done the job.Beds very firm, not comfortable in my opinion.
Really friendly staff. Rooms were really clean and looked very new with good size bathroom / shower (bit tight for space around the bed but no real dramas as we didn't have many bags). Very close to transport to and from the airport and city although only a 10 minute walk into Princes Street.
Had to pay £2 to leave your bag at the hotel as we arrived before check-in and again when we wanted to leave our bag at the hotel while exploring the city before flying out.
Very clean and modern. easy to find, near to Princes Street.
Very small rooms, no storage space for bags, and clothes. Bed very hard.
Very modern ,clean and staff lovely.
Check out time far too early and no pay per view on tv.
Staff were lovely, room was brilliant.
Price Location Staff Size View from the window
Really friendly, really clean, nicely designed, modern
Quite small room, but for the price still very good value.
The staff very friendly & knowledgeable. clean, budget friendly hotel. Situated close enough to walk to shops & Murrayfield.
No Tea/Coffee making facilities
It was so close to train station and great value for money.
No food available in or around but there is allot of roadworks going on there right now so I'm sure when its all done there will be places to go to.
This was my third consecutive week at the hotel. When I arrived I was told that my Pre-paid credit card booking had failed and did I have the £117 in cash? After a long commute and full day in work to have to go and find a cash machine was the last thing that I needed. It also meant that I was a considerable amount of money down which I now need to claim back from my company. Credit card processing is managed by the hotel's parent in Maysia and no card payments can be taken at reception. Many other guests seemed to be affected in the same way. If it happens again, I may well be looking elsewhere for my weekly accommodation.
clean, fresh & central
Room a bit small
closeness to city centre comfort of bed cleaniness
only having one key lack of space in rooms
